This webpage displays a selection of devices that may be useful in helping accomplish a variety of daily tasks. Most of these items are designed to help individuals with low vision, limited mobility and hearing loss. The purpose of this small collection is to offer you the opportunity to look over some of the devices that are available. These devices are organized into categories of dressing, kitchen tasks, household management, reading and writing, leisure, communication, and computer access. You can browse the devices using this online catalogue. To access the devices in the King County Library System Catalog , type “WATAP” in the title field and you will get a list of the devices. You can then choose and place a hold on a device using your library card. You can then have the held device delivered to your local library branch. If you need help placing a hold, please call your local library and someone will assist you.
